We Sold and Bought our new Home with Anselmo. I first used Anselmo in the summer of 2007, I needed to sell my house quickly because I was moving out of town. He had our house on the market that same day, and a open house organized for the weekend. Anselmo offered some advice how to stage and make our home more sellable. We had two viewings the next day and an offer was presented. Anselmo helped us with the negotiating process, and we got everything that we were looking for. A year later we needed to move back to Kingston. Anselmo was the only agent we considered calling. He compiled a list of potential houses for us to look at via email. When we were ready, we came to Kingston and Anselmo spent the day with us looking at houses. When we found a house we liked, he helped us negotiate a great deal for our current home. I first met Anselmo while conducting a transaction at my place of business. I found him to be a very articulate, and knowledgeable individual. After the transaction was completed I asked him to look at our Condominium for sale purposes. He was available to do so that very night, and after his visit promised to be back to us within twenty-four hours. He not only returned, but brought with him every comparable property available and sold in the area where we lived, and elsewhere in the city. He struck me, and my wife as an extremely educated individual in the Real Estate business, and one who would work the hardest to look after our needs. After agreeing to him being our agent, Anselmo took all the information he needed to find us a new home as well. Within a day, we were given by email, over sixty possible homes. We could simply delete the ones we were not interested in, and look further into the ones we were. Through all this, he was more active as our agent than any other representative we have ever employed, with approximately twenty showings and six open houses.
